                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF SIX 
                   THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($6,800.00) TO CHATTANOOGA TENT COMPANY FOR 
                   THE REMOVAL OF AN EXISTING SIGN LOCATED ON 
                   TRACT NO. 5, ADJOINING McCALLIE AVENUE NEAR 
                   THE PROPOSED VIADUCT REPLACEMENT PROJECT 
                   AREA AND RELOCATING THE SAME OUTSIDE THE 
                   CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT LIMITS.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       payment of $6,800.00 to Chattanooga Tent Company for the removal 
       of an existing sign located on Tract No. 5, adjoining McCallie 
       Avenue near the proposed viaduct replacement project area and 
       relocating the same outside the construction easement limits.
